The conducting of insurance business; distribution, sales, management and processing of insur-ance contracts within the framework of SHUK, health and life insurances and all thus associated new business as well as the mediation of products and services of the affiliated partners. The execution of the saving and data processing of personal data for own purposes as well as by order and on behalf of the group companies is carried out based on service agreements within the group.

Personal data are essentially collected, processed and used concerning the following groups insofar as they concern natural persons and to the extent that these are necessary for satisfying the purposes mentioned under 6.:

Address data, insurance data, data concerning insurance benefits and risks, bank details, data of experts / customers / insurance policy holders / insured persons / beneficiaries

Public departments, which receive data owing to statutory regulations (e.g. social insurance companies, financial authorities).
10. Standard deadlines for deleting the data
The legislator has decreed various storage obligations and deadlines. After the expiry of these deadlines the corresponding data will be routinely deleted insofar as they are no longer neces-sary for satisfying the contract (e.g. insurance, tenancy and employment contracts). Should data not be affected hereby they shall be deleted as soon as the purposes mentioned under 6. no longer apply.

A transmission to third party states is not planned.
